Finally!

It’s time to be back on the racetrack! As you all know I will take part in the GP2 championship, but it is also a new beginning: I will race for the Russian Time team, one of the best in the game. They sought me out and made it clear that they wanted to sign me. I accepted and couldn’t be happier with my decision: I found a well organised, tight-knit squad of professionals – one that is ready to win. 2015 wasn’t one for the books; I obtained mixed results, and although I did race well in some occasions – even won – I can’t shake the feeling that I could have done better. I am also convinced that in 2016 I have everything I need to succeed. I want to win as many races as possible and challenge for the title. I have worked hard all winter long and I want to take advantage of the experience that I have gathered these last two years. I feel as ready as I’ll ever be.
Now it’s time to put my mind to the first official tests. The first session will take place from Wednesday, March 9th to Friday, March 11th in Barcelona, while the second test will be held in Jerez de la Frontera (on March 29-30-31).
Although I do enjoy my athletic training and working with the simulator, nothing can compare to the feeling I get when I’m racing down the track. I can’t wait, and am also curious to assess how far the team and I have progressed.
See you soon!

Finalmente!

A cosa ambisco? A presto!
