Monza, fans and consistency

The weekend at Monza has been positive overall: the car has performed well and I didn’t run into any particular problems. I was able to fight for the first positions, but a collision in race one destroyed my hopes of stepping on the podium. Still, the seventh place I took in race two is something I can be proud of, especially since I started 15th on the grid. Being able to complete so many overtakings in Monza, in front of the many friends who came to see me from Ticino, has been fantastic. I believe I have put up a good show and it makes me happy to know they’ve had a great time. Thanks to everybody who came out to support me! Now my head is already in Sochi, where the team and I must absolutely build upon the progress we’ve made in these last few weeks.

Grazie a tutti voi! Ora la testa è già a Sochi, dove dobbiamo assolutamente confermare i progressi compiuti in queste settimane.
